Psychodynamic Psychotherapy & Business Coaching
London and Online
Fostering emotional insight, creative confidence, and authentic leadership
Before training in psychotherapy and coaching, I spent over two decades working in the creative industries, as an actress, casting consultant, and business leader. I worked on fast-paced productions, led creative teams, and developed a deep understanding of performance, identity, and the pressures that come with visibility and ambition. Over time, I found myself drawn more to the emotional undercurrents, the inner worlds we often keep hidden, and the patterns that quietly shape our choices and relationships.
Becoming a mother deepened that shift. Like many, I experienced the joy of parenthood alongside a profound sense of emotional upheaval. It stirred questions around identity, belonging, and resilience that I couldn’t ignore. Around the same time, I began volunteering in community spaces, supporting people experiencing homelessness, and new mothers facing economic hardship and mental health struggles. Those experiences had a profound impact on me. They showed me how important it is to be heard, to be held in our experiences, and to be supported without judgement.
It was later in life that I stepped into academic study, and I consider that one of the most transformative chapters of my life. Entering the world of psychotherapy and coaching education as a mature student was humbling, eye-opening, and deeply enriching. It gave me new language for things I’d long felt, and opened up a world of learning that I continue to find inspiring and sustaining.
I feel privileged to do the work I do. To sit alongside clients in moments of pain, reflection, growth, and change is something I never take for granted. I offer a space that’s relational, grounded, and gently challenging, whether I’m supporting someone through anxiety or trauma, guiding a leader through change, or helping someone reconnect with their creative self. I bring both clinical training and lived experience to this work, and meet each person with care, curiosity, and respect for their journey.
